Throughout her career, she has actively worked in vocational development and personal growth programs for youth and adults, generating real impact in the communities. Her international training in “Municipal Community Safety Projects”, received at the International Institute of Leadership - Histadrut, in Israel, supports her integral vision of public and community management.

Alagna Fernández Peña

Alagna Fernández Peña is part of the Avanza Legal team as a Legal Assistant, providing dynamism, organization and a strong commitment to quality service. She is currently studying law at the Universidad Hispanoamericana, which allows her to combine her academic training with daily practice in the legal environment.
In addition to her legal vocation, she is trained as a Customer Service Technician and Accounting Technician, which allows her to provide an integral and efficient service, always focused on the client's experience.
Her role in Avanza Legal is key in customer service, support in legal proceedings and administrative support in the different processes of the firm. Her proactive attitude, warmth and focus on details make her an important pillar of the team.
